The 30-Quart Turkey Fryer Pot from High Performance Cookers includes a drain valve, fitted lid, and stainless turkey rack. Designed for efficiency and reliability, this fryer reaches frying temperature (350 °F) in under 10 minutes. Once hot, simply lower your regulator below 1 PSI, and it will maintain temperature throughout the cook  approximately 3.5 minutes per pound.

Each fryer accommodates turkeys up to 20 lbs while maintaining optimal temperature thanks to High Performance Cookers’ patented Tunnel Tube Technology, which maximizes thermal energy absorption for faster recovery times and fuel efficiency.
