Reaching 350 °F in under 20 minutes, this fryer maintains temperature throughout the cook (≈ 3.5 minutes per pound per turkey).

Performance & Design

Traditional flat-bottom fryers struggle to recover heat once food is added, but the HPC dual fryer’s Tunnel Tube Technology ensures rapid, even heat distribution. When both turkeys are dropped in at 350 °F, oil temperature drops less than 20 °F and recovers in roughly 5 minutes preventing soggy results and uneven cooking.
