Give Back This Season with the Fab-It-Forward Holiday Program
At Metal Fab Guys, we’ve always said that the heart of our company isn’t the steel we shape or the products we build—it’s the people behind them and the community around us. This year, we’re incredibly proud to launch something that’s been on our hearts for a long time: our very first Fab-It-Forward Holiday Program.
As we continue to grow, we want our culture to grow with us rooted in generosity, service, and the same Louisiana spirit that built this company from the ground up. Our team shares a belief that strong communities make strong companies, and that giving back isn’t an obligation…it’s a privilege.
\Fab-It-Forward: a chance to help a local family and a few individuals who could use an extra hand this holiday season. Whether it’s food on the table, toys under the tree, or essentials to get through a tough time, this initiative is our way of paying forward the support we’ve been given over the years.
From through December 19th, we’ll be collecting non-perishable food, toys, kids’ clothing, blankets, hygiene items, and more. Everything donated will be delivered directly to the selected family, and all additional food items will be given to a local food bank—because no one in our community should go without.
We’re also inviting everyone to help us close out the fundraiser at our in-person Fab-It-Forward Day on December 19th, complete with a donation drop-off station, a charity raffle, live HPC cooker demos, and fresh pastalaya prepared by Randy Watson. It’s a small way to celebrate what’s possible when people come together.
This is our first year launching Fab-It-Forward, and we’re excited to build something meaningful—something that becomes part of who we are. Because at the end of the day, culture isn’t written on a wall or found in a handbook; it’s built in the moments where we choose kindness, connection, and community.
